I'm not sure where to start. Jillian has been instrumental in my fitness/weight loss journey with her support and dedication for not giving up on me. We've worked on the relationship with me thinking everything needs to be perfect. She's helped me see that meditation really does calm the soul mentally & emotionally; how the scale is just a tool;  how not to go crazy nuts over what I eat, but to just own it and move on; how to "clean my plate" figuratively; and how to take a compliment without saying "but". I have a very difficult time sometimes seeing this in myself but I know it's there & I AM proud of myself.

Nutitionista has been advising me for 8 years now...

Not long ago I was explaining to Jillian that I didn't have enough time for exercise. She directed me to try an exercise called "Tabata" (do any exercise for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds; repeat 8 times) it's a super short routine. Before I knew it, I found myself "making the time" to do my old style of workouts. She knew I had a long history of resistance training, and helped me use tabata to break-the-ice to start exercising again, because this is where I belong, in a fit version of myself.
